A WOWplace is Warm and Inviting

I recently visited a Chick-Fil-A restaurant and was quite surprised when I entered the dining room.  Here is what I saw – in a fast food restaurant!

The dining room was warm and inviting.

There were even fresh flowers (NOT silk!) on the tables!

And probably the biggest surprise was when I visited the rest rooms.  There was a small hallway outside of the rest room area, and it looked like something you would expect in an elegant hotel!

Needless to say, it was quite a pleasant surprise.  At every turn, I was delighted to find something I didn’t think anyone in a fast food restaurant would want to do – or even think of.

Even the rest rooms were elegant, with granite countertops, beautiful floors, and warm paint on the walls (but you won’t be surprised to hear I didn’t take any pictures in there!)

It really made me feel good to sit there and enjoy a snack, just because of the decor alone – which I’m sure would also make me feel better if I worked there, as well.

So, what do you do to surprise and delight your customers – and employees alike?
