Stress Relief From a Dog!

Part of being effective at work or at home means taking small, quick mental breaks during the day to alleviate stress and inject a little humor and enjoyment into your day.  Whether laughing with co-workers, laughing at yourself, getting a quick snack, or just enjoying a few minutes away from the problem at hand, taking  a break, especially one that includes laughter and fun, is a great stress reliever.
